The weatherman (or meteorologist, in my case) is threatening us with snow yet again! I don't know about you, but I am not really fond of the white stuff especially here, in Victoria. We are never prepared for this kind of weather.

For example, when the roads are slippery, those foolish enough to drive figure the speed limits are to be adhered to at all times. Instead of slowing down and being cautious, they just barrel down the streets with no consideration for the bad conditions. They shouldn't even be in their cars!
